    : 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm + on-call responsibilities)

As a Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, you’ll:
  • Support and guide a compassionate team, helping residents achieve their full potential.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents as they transition from secure settings to independent living in the community.
  • Use evidence-based techniques, including Structured Clinical Management (SCM), to provide high-quality, psychologically informed care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and local organisations to create tailored support plans.
  • Play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and driving service improvements.

Who we’re looking for:
  • A resilient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent leader who’s ready to inspire others.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs and interpersonal challenges.
  • A strong understanding of psychologically informed environments (PIE) and restorative approaches.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
  • A full driving licence and flexibility to work shifts, including on-call duties.
