At MotorScrubber, we design, engineer, and manufacture world leading compact floor cleaning machines. With operations across the UK, Europe, USA, and Australia, we’re growing fast—and we need ambitious, driven people to grow with us.
A very important vacancy has arisen within our marketing department and we are looking for the very best senior graphic designer we can find. You will need a wealth of experience, energy, expertise and an extensive portfolio that showcases your best work. Please DO NOT submit a CV without a clear link to your most recent portfolio and please DO include information on each project you display, we want to know exactly what your involvement and contribution was to each item you showcase.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll be working within our marketing department, as a key contributor to team projects, liaising with other members of the team, and reporting to the marketing manager who you’ll work closely with on a daily basis.
- Taking ownership of print and digital projects from concept to completion.
- Liaising with various members of staff across the company to ensure that all relevant marketing materials are in stock and up-to-date.
- Working on a range of printed projects, sourcing and communicating with suppliers to ensure best quality and value prints.
- Collaborating closely with our digital executive to create compelling, on-brand email marketing campaigns.
- Website design, page layouts, creating assets for web (design-led, no coding experience required).
- Exhibition stand design, large scale print file preparation.
- Monitoring our in-house task software to ensure projects are prioritised and completed prior to deadlines.
The perfect person ticks the following boxes:
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL, an absolute must – we need someone who obsesses over the small things, understands layout, typography and knows all the ins and outs of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Checks work multiple times before sending for approval or print.
- EXPERIENCE – A minimum of 8 years industry experience is required for this role.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to adapt and juggle workload accordingly when necessary.
- Thrives off a challenge and solving problems.
- The ability to take ownership and use initiative on a daily basis.
- Someone who is au fait with creating concepts, designs and managing projects.
- Comfortable and confident presenting your ideas to the team.
- Excellent communication skills, no email gets left unanswered.
- Extensive range of experience working within an agency environment, has a deep understanding of the creative process and proof of the ability to constructively collaborate within a team to achieve targets and goals.
- 100% confident with all things print prep to guarantee best quality production.
- Lives within a reasonable commuting distance to perform this office based role.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm
Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm
