Based in the West Midlands, Motivations is equipped to offer individualised care to children and young people who have complex needs.
Often the children come with failed attachments, poor social skills and a complete lack of self-esteem. Many are out of education or performing poorly. Using small family-style homes in both urban and rural areas, with a minimum of 1:1 staffing, children are offered safe containing environments to address their complex needs with trained permanent staff (no agency policy).
Staff are supported through a network of professionals and an assessment and treatment process, designed to produce evidenced outcomes. Education can be sourced through a specialist provider, if required, who we work closely with.
Independent living skills are part of the moving on process to equip young people for a life outside of residential care.
