Internal Sales/Customer Service Advisor

More Than Safety are leading the way in the supply or Tools, Uniform, PPE & Test Equipment to large contracts in FM industry.

After a period of sustained growth, we are now looking for a Internal Sales/Customer Service Executive at our busy office in Hedge End.

This is an on-site role primarily, not remote, with very occasional travel oppotunities.

Job Purpose:Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries and requests about products and services.

Job Duties:

• Deal with customers directly by telephone and email.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries.
• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Organise workflow to meet customer demands.
• Recognising and maximising cross-selling opportunities.
• Communicate with internal departments.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Accept extra duties as situations arise.
• Work efficiently, calmly, respectfully and to meet tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Be competent with Microsoft Exce / Teams
• Knowledge of computer applications such as SAP Business One desirable (Although not essential as training will be provided).
• Product knowledge desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Salary: £26,000 to £29,000.00 (dependant on experience). Great prospects for career progression for the right candidates.
