· Monitoring and assessing employee progress during and after training sessions, providing feedback to both employees and the L&D team.
· Ensuring all training programs comply with industry regulations, including food safety, health and safety, and quality standards.
· Supporting continuous improvement by gathering feedback on training effectiveness and recommending enhancements to the L&D Coordinator and Manager.
· Assisting the L&D Coordinator with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to integrate into the factory environment.
Experience:
· Proven experience in a training or instructional role within a manufacturing or operational environment.
· Strong background in delivering hands-on, practical training, particularly in machinery operation, production processes, and safety compliance.
· Experience working within a training team, working closely with L&D professionals to align training programs with business goals.
