Morar Living’s Townsend Manor Care Home is a beautiful, purpose built home situated in Soham.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for 2 experienced Activities Co-Ordinator’s to come and join our team, who will work have a 24 hour contract each (job share), to ensure Townsend Manor has cover 7 days of the week. Together with the team you will work to ensure that the service is ready and prepared to deliver quality care from day one.

To join our team you will have experience within a care home setting caring for older people.

You will have experience in organising events and activities for our guests which are both internal and external.

You will have a passion for supporting people to maintain their lifestyles and be proactive with planning and execution of events.

You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
