The Role

Our supportive and welcoming Quality Team are recruiting an Early Years Quality Manager.

This role is field based supporting nurseries accross our network.

34 hours a week Monday-Friday

Essentials

• Knowledge of EYFS Statutory Requirements
• Experience of managing multiple childcare settings
• Experience of leading and coordinating childcare across multiple sites
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in childcare settings
• Ability to create structured action plans
• Ability to create structured action plans
• Experience in managing action plans and supporting improvements remotely (moderate level project management skills)
• Experience of using child development tracking software (Learning Book, Famly, Tapestry, iConnect, etc)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Great to haves

• Experience in creating structured action plans for colleagues
• Experience of starting a new childcare setting (pre-registration)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience of the Microsoft Office365 environment (Skype, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
• Experience in using Famly – Nursery Management Software

About the Role

The Early Years Quality Manager role is a key leadership role in Monkey Puzzle.

The role comes with high responsibility for conducting regular nursery visits, implementing a strategic approach and contributing to the delivery of exceptional care and education which meets the needs of children and families.

The role works to develop best practice in teaching and learning and ensure high quality nursery environments it is directly responsible for effective monitoring of practice in nurseries, hands- on coaching and mentoring of practitioners in nursery rooms.
