With our extremely rare single IBAN multi-currency account, we are able to assist with a variety of different payment needs, including business payment solutions, personal payments abroad (for example buying a property), travel money, as well as the ability to offer interest on deposits. Supplementing this, we also support the global supply chain of wholesale banknotes through our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and partnership with the US Federal Reserve Bank, to build deeper payment relationships with international banking customers.
It is through obtaining our own banking and payment licenses, the acquisition of two banking platforms and access to 16+ liquidity providers that we are able to proposition a trailblazing FinTech payment infrastructure that simplifies our customer’s diverse business needs and reduce their costs. Your Next Challenge
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Senior Account Executive to join our Corporate Sales team, London based.
As the Senior Account Executive, you will on-board new business customers for the corporate division selling Moneycorp’s international payments service with complete confidence. Have a good understanding of Moneycorp’s other business units; Partnerships, Payment Solutions, online platform, Moneycorp bank, Private, Wholesale, Retail.

Role Responsibilities:

Generating and Closing Quality New Leads
  • Plan and prospect effectively and intelligently
  • Creating and qualifying leads for follow-up
  • Introduce the moneycorp corporate service generating interest
  • Build relationships with key decision makers

Gaining Appointments

  • Be able to prepare and present our value proposition
  • Leading meetings where appropriate
  • On-board a minimum of 3 new trading clients per month


Opening Accounts

  • Take the client through the sales cycle; account opening, Know Your Customer (KYC), and compliance process


Achievement of KPI’s and Targets

  • Achieve quarterly new business and total year revenue targets
  • Working to tight deadlines should prospects have urgent needs

Representing the Company

  • Representing the Company using a professional manner in a multichannel environment e.g. face to face, phone, email
  • Represent the Company externally e.g. trade fairs, exhibitions, client events

Teamwork

  • Working with peers to help win business
  • Providing guidance and support to other members of the team
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams for on-boarding clients


Knowledge & Experience:


  • 5+ years of FX sales experience (cold calling & F2F meetings) – essential
  • Previous sales experience (cold calling) – essential
  • Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority
  • Working within a multichannel environment e.g. telephone, email, face to face
  • Proven track record of working towards new business financial targets
  • Knowledge of the FX industry and products – essential
  • B2B sales experience – essential
  • CF30 registered (FCA Qualification) -essential

As a Senior Account Executive you will manage your own patch of clients whilst also shadowing an Account Manager on their portfolio of larger clients. This will present an opportunity to develop your skills and work on some of our biggest and most innovative accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:


Client Service:

  • Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for all MiQ clients
  • Ensure campaign operations are seamless
  • Resolve client issues quickly and without fallout
  • Support on client entertainment where appropriate

Campaign Management:

  • Pre-campaign:
  • QA of pre campaign documents
  • Project manage build of creative assets & other campaign setup requirements
  • Manage creative tag trafficking

Campaign activation:

  • Request and deliver screengrabs
  • Ensure client reporting is setup
  • Monitor pacing and performance of campaigns and request upweight of activity where appropriate

End of campaign:

  • Manage and deliver post campaign reporting and insights
  • Manage re-booking of BAU activity

Administrative Support:

  • CRM (Salesforce) – IO management & understanding of Sales’ pipeline
  • Obtain PO details to enable smooth client billing
  • Reconciliation of bookings
  • Investigation and resolution of invoice queries
  • Support on the above across Account Manager’s accounts

Communication:

  • Frequent client communication: email, phone/video and face-to-face
  • Tracking & upwards communication of campaign issues
  • Ad-hoc communication with third party providers

Technical Support:

  • Implementation of tracking pixels
  • Knowledge of Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium)
  • Troubleshooting campaign issues when they arise

Product & Industry knowledge:

  • MiQ’s product suite – USPs & activation requirements
  • Industry trends and impact of these on MiQ as well as the wider digital landscape


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year in an advertising/media agency or owner (or similar)
  • Working in a team environment
  • Client facing and/or customer service experience
