This is an exciting opportunity to join our onboard services team as a crew member (Steward/ess), working onboard Eurostar trains providing world-class customer service. We are a multicultural company with a friendly, family atmosphere.

Your New Role
This is a demanding yet rewarding role, where you will travel onboard Eurostar services delivering an excellent service to passengers. You will work in either Eurostar Plus or Eurostar Premier to start with and then may be trained in our Eurostar Café. No matter where you are working, you will wow our customers, who come from a range of different cultures with your fantastic people skills and ensure you give them a journey to remember.
You will be a great team player as often unexpected things can happen onboard, so our people work together to find a solution, all whilst travelling at up to 320km/ per hour!
You will also ensure our passengers and your fellow colleagues are kept safe, by always following our health and safety and working procedures.
Your key responsibilities
· Provide world-class customer service to all passengers, but adhering to our procedures and policies at the same time
· Play your part in ensuring a safe working environment
· Work as part of a team to solve issues and ensure passengers have a seamless journey
· Report any issues to the Purser in charge of the service
· Ensure you always look the part and are always groomed to our high standards, wearing your uniform with pride
Essential criteria
· You must be able to speak both English and French to a good standard, although French is not compulsory
· Experience in delivering amazing customer service
· Experience of working as a team to solve an issue

Please note that we will only consider applicants who:
· Have the right to reside and work in the UK without any restriction and are able to provide a copy of their Home Office residence certificate share code (only for EU applications), or their DBS (non-EU applicants).
· Have passport credentials enabling them to travel to the EU without any restriction (please note that Schengen visas do not allow non-EU employees to cross border while they are on duty), and therefore non-EU applicants will need to be in possession of the correct visas before being considered for cabin crew roles

What we will offer
We work on an annualized hours basis, which means you may work more hours during our peak periods than other months. In total you will be contracted for 1820 hours per year, which works out to roughly 151 hours per month. Services run 364 days of the year and start very early and sometimes arrive back very late. Full information will be provided to successful candidates.
