Mobile Phone Repair Technician

Job Description

Gadget City is an independent mobile phone sale and repair company. Due to growth and success we have an exciting opportunity in our new branch opening.

We require the candidate to be experienced in repairing damaged mobile phones. Candidate must be an organised, hardworking and capable of working on his own.

Required Experience & Skills : Candidates are required to have at least 1 year experience with Apple iPhone’s and iPad’s, Samsung’s Mobile and Tablets. Software and Hardware experience is also desired.

Software faults, an informal test will be given at interview to ensure the applicant is trained to Basic Standards standards.

Start Date : Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities
– Utilize hand tools and computer hardware to diagnose and repair mobile phones.
– Interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
– Perform regular maintenance on mobile devices to ensure optimal functionality.
– Apply computer repair knowledge to address software-related problems.
– Demonstrate mechanical knowledge when handling intricate phone components.
– Utilize computer networking skills to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
– Utilize equipment repair expertise to fix hardware malfunctions effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• MOBILE PHONE REPAIR: 1 year (preferred)
