Warehouse Operation – Mandarin Speaker

Salary: 24000 GBP(Will be reviewed after first 3 months)

Job Summary:

This role is a vital part of a fast-paced drone service team, responsible for managing materials with high accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with experienced inventory controllers to ensure timely and precise material handling. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success in the role.

Operational Tasks:

• Physically shelf and unshelve materials as required.
• Receive materials from various regions and countries, entering them into the system following established procedures.
• Retrieve materials based on order requirements and unshelve them following the procedures.
• Collect defective materials generated daily at the site, and store them in accordance with established guidelines.
• Sort, pack, and return defective items based on inventory levels and defect classification.
• quarterly and annual inventory checks, trace and correct inventory discrepancies, and generate reports.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the facility by regularly cleaning up logistics-related waste and maintaining a tidy workspace.

System-related Tasks:

• Effectively use the CRM system
• Operate the LMS system to perform tasks such as order retrieval, recording income, and issuing materials as per procedures.
• Effectively use the PDA system to track and manage the materials.

Who are we looking for:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential)
• Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship
