My client provides purchasing solutions to businesses requiring long term management and control of their overhead purchasing. Established for 25 years and employing over ninety staff, they are now one of the leading providers of expense reduction services in the UK with customers ranging from £billion turnover PLCs to SMEs and doctors surgeries.

Procurement Analyst Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers
  • Data analysis inputting, price comparison and sanity checking of analysis within set time frames using Excel and CRM.
  • Use of analytical problem-solving skills in providing information/ suggestions to Account Managers.
  • Considering and suggesting alternative approaches/products to increase potential savings.
  • Ensure the correct process, housekeeping and information is provided within CRM
  • Liaising with Account Management team on analysis and supplier related queries.
  • Complete any adhoc tasks that have been issued by the Procurement Managers
  • Constantly be driven to make improvements to current working processes

Salary: £24k with *£3k bonus

*Bonus payable quarterly after completion of probation period

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Procurement Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our purchasing processes. Our office is based in Dagenham (East London).

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst to support our Head of Purchasing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and produce comprehensive reports to guide procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Procurement to research and evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and market trends.
  • Communicating with vendors, customs, and other authorities.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier agreements, market insights, and procurement activities.
  • Support the development of procurement strategies that align with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
