Job Description
We’re looking for an outgoing, burrito-loving Restaurant Manager to head up our longstanding Bath restaurant.
Our well established store at Kingsmeade Square continues to grow in-house and via office and event catering, so we want someone to help us continue that by inspiring our team to deliver great food with fast and friendly service.
The Manager’s role can be demanding – from accounting to admin, recruitment and training, every day is different.
You’ll be responsible for the regular Manager tasks – Stock and cash control, paperwork, recruitment… but you’ll also be the person we look to grow the business in the community, promote our well-loved Mission Burrito brand in the area
As a Restaurant Manager, previous managerial experience is a must, preferably in the hospitality industry, and with a heavy focus on fresh, from-scratch food.
Working in a branded environment would be an advantage but not essential. We respect that it’s a tough role so treating our teams well is important to us, along with a work/life balance. You’ll work a mix of days, nights and weekends with your team and develop a support structure which enables your time away from restaurant to be proper downtime.
