We are currently recruiting for Dual Fuel Smart Metering Engineers to join a customer focused business in a field-based role. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to join a leading UK Duel Fuel Meter Installation company.

JOINING BONUS! – £5,000 !

• £53,000 current average yearly earnings
• JOINING BONUS! – £5,000 – paid in 2 instalments at 3 months and 6 months from start date (figure dependant on working history)

For a successful application you must have:

• Gas ACS – CMA1 or CCN1
• Gas ACS – MET1
• 6 months Dual Fuel Smart Meter Installation Experience

Dual Fuel Bonuses / Package and Benefits:

• £38,000 salary
• JOINING BONUS! – £5,000 – paid in 2 instalments at 3 months and 6 months from start date (figure dependant on working history)
• Weekly Bonus Scheme – The weekly bonus is calculated based on the average number of installations completed from Monday – Friday*
• Performance bonus – Earn between £300 – £500 a month* Additional details will be shared during the interview*

• Call Out (Usually 1 in 6 weeks)
• Standby £180 pw
• Monday – Saturday – time and a half pay
• Sunday – Double pay

• Opportunities for upskilling into Electric Vehicle (EV) and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations are available, though this begins after at least a year of service.
• Top earners within the company can bring in £70k+ annually, with many engineers earning £60k due to the company’s commitment to setting employees up for success.
• In the event of a contract slowdown, the company offers the flexibility to move engineers to new contracts if desired.
• They’ve implemented a new policy called "Install, Join, and Leave" to optimize efficiency. If commissioning takes over half an hour, engineers can call their manager to activate this policy, allowing them to move to the next job as agreed.
• The company’s safest and most efficient engineers typically install 12-14 meters daily and are audited based on the number of meters fitted. Engineers who fit twice as many meters as others are audited accordingly.
• The company has established partnerships with preferred suppliers for all their contracts, including Octopus, EDF, and Scottish Power.
