Home Carer, with Minster Home Care

This role consists of providing personal care and companionship services to clients in the York area.

As a Home Carer, you will work with specific clients and develop a professional bond with them and their family, which is an extremely rewarding and vital role to maintain a clients independence.

The shifts available for this role are;
We aim to be as flexible as possible and we have many of our team on a mixture of mornings and/or evenings. We can discuss shift options with each applicant on an individual basis.

What happens when I start working at Minster Home Care?
Before you meet any of our clients, you will attend an induction at our office and a moving and handling training course. You are paid for all training.
After this, you will shadow a colleague so that you become comfortable and settle into your new role. As the business grows, there are often great opportunities to develop your career with various NVQ courses and accreditations available. All you need is a caring nature and a positive attitude!
