Weekend Tills Operative, Saturdays or Sundays required as per the rota requirements. Various hours between 8am-6pm.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic employee to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to engage effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Be able to cash handle, and cash up your own till at the end of each shift
• Upsell products and tell customers about our up-coming events
• Maintain an organised workspace
• Work well as part of a team and independently to ensure all of our customer receive the best service

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
• Flexibility to work either Saturdays or Sundays as required by the management team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues alike.
• Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £6.40-£11.45 per hour
