Salary Dependant on Experience
Minimum of 12 months of Social Media Management experience required
Based at 2-10 Bradshawgate, Bolton, BL1 1DG
Working hours
This is a 12-Month contract (covering maternity leave), working Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm.

Requirements
As our new Social Media Executive, you will have proven experience in the following:
- Organic Social : you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of best practice organic social media strategies.
- Paid Social : you will have knowledge of native advertising platforms on Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc and understand best practice guidelines for maximising client budgets.
- Market Research : you should be able to demonstrate a good methodology in conducting market research both looking at a client’s current strategy, and analysing competitor’s activities.
- Content Marketing : you will have experience or knowledge in writing quality, engaging content that is able to generate interest amongst a client’s audience. As well as editing and proofreading content for accuracy, grammar, and alignment with brand voice.
- Market and Trend Research: you will have the ability to think fast and conduct research to gain an efficient overview of new trends and markets for clients.
- Social Reach: proven ability to gain followers and increase interactions and overall social reach.
- Analysis and Reporting : you will have a strong knowledge of social media reporting tools such as Meta Business Manager in addition to being able to pull relevant data from Google Analytics.
- Pixels & Tracking : you must have the knowledge to track customer journeys and set correct pixels to track ROI.
- SEO : Optimising content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.
- Collaboration : Collaborating with marketing and design team to ensure content aligns with company goals and brand identity.
You Should also
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) and the ability to create basic graphics.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and react quickly to the changing market.
- Be able to work within deadlines.
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Possess excellent communication (both written and spoken) and time management skills.
- Be a driven individual who strives to achieve set KPI’s.
- A full UK driver’s license and reliable transportation (as travel to various locations will be required)
