Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Childrens Support Worker to join our team. The role involves providing therapeutic support and care to children in need. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills, we welcome your application.
Responsibilities:
– Implement care plans and provide support to individuals
– Communicate effectively with families, and colleagues
– Assist with daily activities and personal care tasks
– Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting
– Drive children to appointments or outings as required
– Engage in activities when on shift
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
– Previous experience working with children
– Ability to follow care plans and provide high-quality support
– Strong communication skills to interact with children and colleagues effectively
– Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and reporting
– A valid driving licence for driving children would be of benefit but not essential
