Finance & Office Support
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Finance & Office Support role. The successful candidate will take responsibility for various finance tasks and support the smooth running of the offices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Produce and issue customer invoices.
· Upload supplier invoices to in-house systems.
· Collaborate with engineers to query and close jobs in preparation for invoicing.
· Liaise with the group finance team.
· Collate monthly timesheets from engineers.
· Manage the parts library on Propeller software.
· Assist with general office duties during busy periods, including answering phones and responding to customer emails.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven track record in an account’s role
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong Excel skills
· Confidence working with internal systems and office software.
· A team player with a proactive attitude and flexibility to support various tasks.
The role will be working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm with 30 min lunch (flexible working can be discussed at interview). This role will be based from our offices in Bowerham & Torrisholme.
