About The Role


About the Role:

As a Locality Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure the service meets and exceeds CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets effectively while ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to foster a skilled and motivated team.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility as the Registered Manager for the service


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised care plans and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.
  • Drive continuous improvement and address any service shortfalls promptly.
  • Manage service occupancy levels, respond to referrals, and complete assessments.
  • Uphold compliance with the Health and Social Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and other legislation.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in adult social care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
  • A proactive and compassionate approach with a commitment to high-quality care.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between services.
