About The Role
Your Role
As our Quality Improvement Manager, you will report directly to the Quality Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional standards across our services. You’ll:
- Develop and implement effective quality improvement strategies.
- Mentor and inspire operational teams to achieve excellence.
- Drive compliance and champion best practices across all services.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage improvement plans for services needing additional support.
- Step in as a temporary Locality or Registered Manager when necessary.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in health and social care. You’ll have:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent).- Extensive experience managing CQC-registered services and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- A deep understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and change management abilities.
