What does the Deputy Manager role entail

At Kiddie Capers Fishersgate, we provide a stimulating and enabling environment for children aged 0-5 years old, located near the Eastbrook Manor Community Centre and Shark Park. Our nursery offers a unique outdoor space, including a surrounding field and park, where children can explore and relate their experiences to their everyday life. Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in a Nursery management or leadership role.
  • Thorough understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to listen, support and guide colleagues.
  • Hold a relevant childcare qualification at level 3 or above.

Successful applicants must undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references.
