Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows in material processing, shipping/receiving, inventory, and facility management.
- Lead and develop teams, including hiring, training, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure secure, compliant DBD destruction processes.
- Ensure facility management aligns with operational and safety requirements.
- Collect and analyse operational data to drive continuous improvement and streamline processes.
- Handle escalations and critical incidents to ensure timely resolutions.
- Manage budgets, vendor resources, and financial reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities to highlight sustainability initiatives and drive innovation.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma AND experience in warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- OR equivalent experience.
- You must be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom to be eligible for this role.
Background Check Requirements:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Experience managing large-scale projects/programs in enterprise environments.
- Strong financial acumen, compliance knowledge, and analytical skills (Power BI is a plus).
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or supply chain management preferred.
- Degree in Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
