Solution Area Specialist – Microsoft 365 Copilot
Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agent opportunities by engaging and building trusted relationships with key business and technical stakeholders to understand their business and technology priorities, governance, decision, and budget processes to land the full value proposition of Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agents and the wider M365 platform.
- Accelerate Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agent opportunities with creative deal strategies, POCs, demos and storytelling that overcome customer challenges, whilst leveraging core virtual team stakeholders (Field, Partner, Marketing, Engineering, FastTrack, Biz Desks).
- Capture and prove Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agent business value by delivering Business Value Assessments, ROI Value Calculations and engaging with key stakeholders to measure value during pilots & full deployments.
- Lead the “Make the Market” drive for Copilot within the nonprofit industry for key EMEA regions and verticals by helping convert customer satisfaction into public customer success stories.
- Provide thought leadership on the positive impact Copilot + AI can have on nonprofit mission success including speaking at Microsoft, priority partner and industry relevant webinars & in-person events.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required OR demonstrable technical pre-sales experience, consultative design and implementation.
- Or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience selling Microsoft 360 Co-pilot.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Sales Experience – Proficient experience of technology-related sales experience.
Modern Work Experience – Proficient experience of related experience in a Modern Work cloud sales and/or technical sales role.
Industry Experience – Proficient experience in driving successful solution sales within the nonprofit industry.
Strong Foundational AI Knowledge
