Job Description

• Develop and implement quality control systems
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor product quality and resolve any issues promptly
• Prepare and present quality reports to company management
• Train employees on quality control measures
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Participate in the development of new products, ensuring quality is maintained
• Manage supplier quality and drive continuous improvement initiative

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

• An educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in a Quality Manager role within the FMCG industry
• Knowledge of quality control systems and regulatory standards
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
