Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control systems
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor product quality and resolve any issues promptly
- Prepare and present quality reports to company management
- Train employees on quality control measures
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Participate in the development of new products, ensuring quality is maintained
- Manage supplier quality and drive continuous improvement initiative
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- An educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience in a Quality Manager role within the FMCG industry
- Knowledge of quality control systems and regulatory standards
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
