About Our Client
My client is a large manufacturer based in Coventry who are looking for a Maintenance Planning Administrator.
Job Description
- Organise and coordinate all maintenance activities.
- Prioritise equipment maintenance and repairs based on production needs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work completed.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance.
- Develop and improve maintenance planning procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Forecast and manage maintenance budget.
- Provide administrative support as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Planning Admin should have:
- PowerBi and SAP knowledge
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can commute to Coventry
