- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and redirect phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing emails.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Provide support to other departments when required.
The Successful Applicant
- Has prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (preferred but not essential).
- Is friendly, approachable, and professional at all times.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Is proficient with basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office
