Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Administrator to join our dynamic team, and ensure seamless workflows in our Production Department. Are you a detail – orientated professional with a knack for organization, data management and production organisation?

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track production metrics, generate reports and maintain accurate data records.
  • Prepare, review and process orders for production, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, production outputs and related documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support management in analysing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and visualization tools.
  • Strong Organizational Skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Problem solving Ability. Proactive in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
  • Communication Skills. Professional verbal and written with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in administrative or production related role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of production processes or supply chain management is a a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
