Medsolve have a superb opportunity for Deputy Manager to provide care and support within a 3-bed Children’s Home based in Swadlincote. About the role:

  • We are looking for a Deputy Manager who is tenacious and passionate, with the ability to connect with those they meet and build meaningful and productive working relationships.
  • We are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for our young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision we make

Requirements of a Deputy Manager:

  • 12 months of supervising staff in a care role
  • The ability to commit to sleep in nights
  • Experience in children’s residential care
  • Evidence of excellent organisational skills, including of managing staff rotas
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Services
  • A full, UK driving licence
  • Applicants must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations

Salary:£35,852 working full time, plus an extensive benefits package, career progression.
