Key Duties of This Role:
Lead Shifts – Take charge of the team and ensure smooth, efficient care delivery.
Medication Rounds – Administer medications with accuracy and care.
Delegating Tasks – Provide direction and support to care home staff, ensuring effective teamwork.
Personal Care & Support – Assist residents with daily activities while maintaining dignity and respect.
What We Need From You:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a care home setting
- Valid NMC Pin
- A strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
