Job Description
Medsolve are proud to be partnering with a client who are looking for a Service Lead to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a full time role, and they offer a salary of £31,200.
Please note we do NOT offer sponsorship.
Main Job responsibilities of the Service Lead is:
- Creating Rotas around the needs of the service user
- Coaching Staff teams effectively
- Create and regularly update support plans to achieve positive outcomes.
- Some On call responsibilities.

- Knowledge of positive behaviour support

- Driving Licence (Preferred)
- 2 years’ experience managing homes for adults with learning disabilities.
- Someone who is open to learning new skills and personal development.
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or willing to work towards
- NVQ 3 Health and Social Care
