Position: Senior Physiotherapist

Location: Chertsey

Salary: £42,000

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

MediTalent are recruiting on behalf of one of the largest private healthcare providers in the UK, this position is suitable for an enthusiastic senior physiotherapy professional who has solid MSK experience and experience working in a clinical setting.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Candidate Requirements:

• HCPC-registered, chartered physiotherapist
• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Ability to work autonomously while being an effective team player
• Previous experience working in a hospital setting
• Ideally, 3 years of post-qualification physiotherapy experience
• Experience in MSK, Orthopaedics.
• Acupuncture and shockwave experience preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-standard physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients in the outpatient department.
• Use clinical reasoning skills to develop treatment plans that are appropriate for the patient
• Collaborate with the clinical services manager on organisation-wide strategic planning and service enhancements.
• Take responsibility for physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans for patients.
• Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to their professional growth and development.
