Position: Senior Oncology Staff Nurse

Salary: up to £45,000 plus benefits and enhancements

MediTalent are currently recruiting for Clinical Nurse Specialists to work for our client – a leading healthcare provider in their State-Of-the-Art Private Hospital based in London.

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse (SACT experience) to join a dedicated oncology team as a senior member of staff. You should either be working as a senior nurse in the acute sector of cancer care already or be looking to step into a more senior role. If you are a compassionate nurse with a strong background in oncology nursing, this is the perfect role for you!

As a Senior Oncology SACT experienced Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in our oncology department. Your responsibilities may include: helping in supervising and leading a team of oncology nurses in the SACT suite, ensuring the safe preparation/administration and monitoring of cancer treatments/SACT therapy. You may also help oversee the management of chemotherapy side effects and complications by collaborating with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

The right candidate:

· Registered Nurse with NMC registration

· Significant experience in oncology nursing, including SACT administration

· Experience in acute care and within a senior level position

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
