Working Hours:

We are seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to provide exceptional support to individuals in their own homes across Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Sevenoaks. Earn between £15.35 and £18.35 per hour, depending on your experience, qualifications, and the time of day. The role:

The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.

Job Description:

· To read and follow the individualized care plan.
· To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing.
· To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when necessary.
· To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and paying finances.
· To adhere by Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties; there may be other tasks that you are required to do that do not form part of this Job Description.

Hours of duty: Mornings: 7 AM – 2 PM & Evenings: 3 PM – 10 PM

(We kindly ask that you work every other weekend)
