The Role:

As a Medico-Legal Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our dedicated team, taking on a diverse range of responsibilities, including the following:

· Managing client caseloads.

· Providing technical support.

· Case management.

· Processing incoming disclosures.

· Ensuring the organisation of medical records when received via post and electronically.

· Ensuring that all the information gathered is properly recorded on the case management system

· Liaising with client and third parties via telephone and email

· Processing encrypted media

· Managing caseloads and providing support to the clinical analysts.

· Scanning medical records, collating & bookmarking PDF’s using adobe pro.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate should have a Legal PA or Facilities background and experience in case management or have worked within the legal sector. Attention to detail, an organised approach, and proficiency in MS Office are essential attributes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, as is a solid understanding of case management systems.
