Receptionist / Office Administrator
Our client a leading law firm based in Dungannon wishes to recruit a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their busy office.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a comfortable and professional telephone manner, the ability to work well as part of a team and have a strong client focus with a positive and helpful attitude.
Duties will include:
- Typing a high volume of legal documents and general correspondence
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Processing incoming and outgoing emails
- Managing client files
- Answering and directing telephone calls
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a busy office processing documents
- Ideally the candidates will have experience working with litigation/ legal documents this is desirable not essential
- Good steady work history
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in legal work
