Aftersales Engineer

I am currently working with a leading engineer company on an exclusive basis to recruit a Aftersales Engineer

The key responsibilities will involve dealing with sales and aftermarket queries from customers. You will have direct contact with customer’s dealing with technical queries.

List of duties

• Assist customers help them with their technical queries
• Pricing, quotations and sales
• Goods inwards – receiving and verification of deliveries and booking onto the internal stock control system
• Ensure parts are accurately stored and accounted for
• Proactive aftersales communication with customers in relation to services and spare parts.
• Manage and organise equipment installations and site visits with site engineers and customers.
• Management of Spare Parts Pricelists; reviewing cost prices, updating and maintaining current pricelists.
• Management of Spare Parts manuals revisions.
• Communication with suppliers and customers on troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor store supplies and inform management of low stock

Skills and Experience

• Experience of working in the Engineering
• Experience resolving technical issues
• Excellent customer service skills are required
• IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Excellent Organisation Skills
