Accounts Assistant – Parttime (Maternity Cover)
Our client is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their business. This will position is a maternity cover part-time contract. The successful candidate will provide reliable and confidential support within the business.
The Role
· Processing of invoices
· Sending reminders to customers regarding payments due
· Supplier payment runs
· Dealing with customer and supplier queries
· Logging invoices onto the system
· Bank reconciliations
· Other relevant ad hoc duties
Essential Criteria
· A minimum of 2 (+) years previous experience in an accounts role
· Excellent communication skills
· A positive can-do attitude towards work
· Ability to prioritise workload
· Flexible towards work
