360insights started in Whitby, Ontario back in 2008 when CEO and founder Jason Atkins wanted to solve a problem in the incentives industry while at the same time creating rewarding jobs in his home community that wouldn’t require people to commute into the city. He also wanted to create a place where people loved to come to work, and so our culture has been a top priority right from the beginning (we even have a team of elected Culture Ambassadors from around the world to help us maintain this focus as we scale!). We hit #1 Best Workplace™ in Canada in 2013 and have made it into the Top 50 every year since! We have also been named a Best Workplace™ in the UK each year since 2022 and have been Great Place to Work® Certified™ in the US since 2022.
In a relatively young industry, we have seen a lot of organic and acquisition-based growth. We have our global HQ in Whitby, Ontario, Canada, a second Canadian office in Moncton, New Brunswick, as well as our US HQ in New Orleans, Louisiana, and our UK offices in Stratford-Upon-Avon and Braintree. We have over 100 team members in the UK, over 120 in the US, and nearly 400 in Canada, based either in office, hybrid, or fully remote.
Values-Based Organization + Core Commitment
One of the things our Insighters love most about 360insights is our people – and we think that is by design! We are a values-based organization where our values are lived daily, through callouts on our daily huddles, through our quarterly talent reviews, through nominations to any of our 5 values on our recognition platform, Big Fountain Academy, to our year-end awards honoring our Insighters who were exemplary in living our values. Our values help us work better together but can also influence how we are at home and within our communities.

We top this off with our core commitment, to “Make a difference in the lives of our people, our clients, and our global communities” and our Insighters live this through volunteer hours, through payroll contributions to support KANPE and their work in the Central Plateau region of Haiti, and all other opportunities to rally together in support of causes close to our Insighters and their communities, such as the Shakespeare Hospice in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Headstart Moncton, Coldest Night of the Year, or Feed the Need Durham.

Building a best-in-class channel ecosystems platform is no small task and we need the best and brightest to help get us there! We have rockstar teams in Software Engineering, Product, Client Success, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and more. One of the exciting things about 360 is that we were a small player in a burgeoning industry when we got our start, hoping to provide a solution for the world of incentives management. Fast forward to over a decade later, and we are a key player in an industry that is rapidly maturing, becoming experts in our field while we build an incredible platform solution to improve the lives of all of our clients. partners and prospects.
