Debdale Specialist Care’s main facility Thistle Hill Hall, is a specialist, nurse-led and therapy driven care home offering hospital-equivalent levels of care from a Consultant Psychiatrist-led Multidisciplinary Team. Thistle Hill Hall specialises in treating individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs and often behaviours which may challenge, who have stepped down from hospital care, who may have a secondary diagnosis of learning disability or neuro-developmental disorders, and who may have a forensic and substance misuse history.
We provide recovery-focused care to both male and female adults who have a primary mental health diagnosis. Through personalised support plans and detailed risk assessments, we enable individuals to think about, plan and achieve meaningful goals.
We are consistently successful in supporting individuals to take control of their lives by working in partnership with them, their families and health and social care professionals. Debdale’s team is passionate about the care, support and treatment it provides.
