– Safe and secure housing with support
– Therapeutic skill-building and learning
– Help to access training and employment
– Support for homeless people around hospital discharge and using health services in a planned way
Through our housing, support and specialist projects we support people to improve their health and wellbeing, increase resilience and prepare for independent living, learning and employment.
