Dimples Day Nursery is a full day care setting open for 52 weeks of the year looking after children aged 3 months to 5 years. We have a holiday club which is open during all major school holidays except Christmas, the children in our holiday club are aged 5 years to 11 years.

Dimples Day Nursery is a full day care setting open for 52 weeks of the year looking after children aged 3 months to 5 years. We have a holiday club which is open during all major school holidays except Christmas, the children in our holiday club are aged 5 years to 11 years.
Our whole nursery adopt a forest school ethos which means we love the outside and playing with natural resources, we go outside in all weathers as ‘there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.’ Forest school sessions happen weekly in each of our preschool rooms, Forest School sessions consist of various activities like bug hunts, den making, tool work and fire lighting. During Forest school the children calculate risk and learn how to risk assess different scenarios, they communicate and learn how to work together as a team.
We follow children’s interests and plan activities that excite and challenge the children to learn and develop through a fun and exciting way. Our highly skilled and motivated practitioners work together as a team, they ensure the children are safe and secure. Our children learn through 1st hand experiences where they are allowed and given time to play and explore the environment.
