Kensington Community Care is populated with dedicated, caring and empathetic Care Workers and Management. Always finding ways to support the service users to make them more independent and uphold their dignity.
We value the Service User and Care Worker relationship, as Service Users will be cared by individuals who know and understand them. As a result of this, we are driven to ensure Care Workers remain on their set run in one area, seeing the same Service Users on a regular basis. Our support ranges from Palliative Care to companionship, creating bespoke care plans to fulfil service users’ needs and preferences.
