The McColgan family began serving food in Strabane when we opened a tea shop in 1940. A café, butcher and bakery followed. We started producing our award-winning sausage rolls in 1978. They proved so popular we had to build new premises on the edge of town to keep up with demand. Today we ship all manner of savoury pastry from a state-of-the-art facility, less than 2 miles from the original tea shop.
We send food seven days a week to retailers and wholesalers across Ireland, Great Britain, and Europe.
In addition to McColgan’s brand, we are the producer of choice for many retailers’ own brand sausage rolls, pies, pasties, and quiche.

McColgan’s Quality Foods employs approx. 300 employees, who work across several departments. All employees work towards the same goal on a daily basis – striving to produce quality product.
