Having been involved in delivery out of hours GP services since 2004, Medvivo Group currently provides integrated urgent care services, incorporating NHS111 and GP out of hours services, across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.
In addition to this, Medvivo is also the professional single point of access for referral management in Wiltshire, this is key to the delivery of community services across the county. Working within this team, Medvivo also provides a range of support services which can include providing short term domiciliary care, assisting with non-clinical assessments of patients in their home, and following up alerts activated in Telecare alarm monitoring centres.
