Here at MHC, we are one of the top 50 providers of support for individuals over the age of 18 who are living with Autism, learning disabilities, mental health issues and complex behavioural needs.
We care for and support these individuals and work together to enable them achieve positive outcomes and rewarding and fulfilling lives. We work with families and carers too, so they are always fully involved in their loved one’s care whilst they are with us.
We offer a variety of different settings including residential homes, residential homes with nursing and independent hospitals across North Wales and North West England. The individuals in our care benefit from Active Support, Person Centred Planning (PCP), positive behavioural support (PBS), Care Programme Approach (England) and Care and Treatment Planning (Wales).
We take a collaborative approach with our Workforce and are constantly striving to empower them in their career path.
