Midlands Care Services provide a range of residential services to look after children and young people aged 6-18 who have encountered a range of adverse childhood experiences.
Our mission is to support young people to recover from trauma, live fulfilled lifestyles and engage in lifelong learning to transition on to positive destinations.
Our difference is that we believe in a holistic approach: that the smallest details can mean a world of difference to a vulnerable young person.
With a loving and secure environment in our residential homes, we care for young people as a parent would but with specialist training. We are able to keep children and young people in care safe from harm, creating the best possible results in a positive, friendly and happy setting.
By promoting a ‘family unit’ model in the community, the children’s residential care programme delivers 24-hour care and nourishment to ensure at-risk young people are awarded the same opportunity of a loving, home environment as their peers to give them the best chance of a brighter future.
We actively encourage the development of our team in terms of facilitating the growth of individuals to help reach and exceed their potential. We give our carers a comprehensive training package so that in turn they can create a space within which young people can learn and grow into rounded, responsible adults.
