Minster Home Care is a Domiciliary Home Care service based in York that aims to provide professional person-centred care, tailored to meet individual health care needs of people in the comfort of their own homes.
Minster Home Care was independently started by a brother and sister who have over 16 years’ management
experience in the domestic service industry. This experience has been integrated into Minster Home Care, along with a huge passion for providing exceptional care and support through an experienced team. We are not an agency and we employ all of our staff directly.
Working at Minster Home Care is rewarding, and we take huge pride in contributing to people’s lives. We do this by making our clients feel comfortable by staying in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
Flexible Hours
We aim that our hours are flexible and work around you. Need to be free during the school run? Would prefer to work in the evening? You tell us what you’re looking for and we will aim to work this around our clients. This gives you greater flexibility within your working day compared to many other employers, so you’ll be able to fit your lifestyle around your work.
Company Training
At Minster Home Care, we value the contribution and dedication of each and every employee. You’ll be part of a caring, friendly team that works closely with our clients to ensure they have the most comfortable experience possible. As part of our team, full training and information on all our policies and procedures will be provided.
Wages & Expense
When you join our team, you’ll be paid well in excess of the National Living Wage employer. As well as this, business mileage expenses can also be claimed, tax-free. We always look to reward our staff for the excellent work they do. We manage our employees pay and benefits, ensuring you will be paid well in excess of the National Living Wage.
Uniform
You’ll be provided with our bespoke uniform and all the supplies needed to maintain Minster Home Care’s high standard and set the company apart from the rest. We see Minster Home Care as part of the local community, and want the people we care for and their families to feel looked after and reassured whenever they see a member of our team.
Technology In Care
We prioritise our clients’ needs, so we want everything to go as smoothly as possible. We use the latest computer software so you can update your clients’ care plans with little worry.
