<p>In the pretty village of Woburn Sands, just 5 minutes from Milton Keynes and the historic town of Woburn and 20 minutes from Bedford.</p>
<p>The salon is established over 33 years. We use the best products and latest hairdressing techniques. We invest in staff training and the working environment. The salon is blessed with regular clientele who love coming to the salon as well as new clients.</p>
<p>Working in the salon with a nice team makes for an enjoyable day. The team work closely together supporting each other. We have nights out together including Christmas meals, celebrating salon successes such as winning Best Hair Salon and hiring a limo to take us to The Midland Hotel award ceremony and personal milestones such as going to the local pub to celebrate apprentices qualifying. The big event in 2024 was 3 days all expenses paid trip to Berlin for 9 members of staff.</p>
<p>The Front of House receptionist role is varied and includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Warmly greeting clients and alerting stylist of their arrival</li>
<li>Helping clients with home care products</li>
<li>Taking and making client phone calls and emails</li>
<li>Managing stylists columns using salon IQ system</li>
<li>Taking client bills</li>
<li>Cashing up</li>
<li>Stock control and ordering</li>
<li>Responding to salon reviews</li>
<li>Supporting social media with content for posts and posting</li>
<li>Working with suppliers for training, stock, training</li>
<li>Managing and overseeing salon for general wellbeing of clients and tidiness</li>
</ul>
<p>Previous receptionist work is necessary and social media is an advantage. The role is key to the smooth running of the salon. We would love to find a person who has ideas and suggestions to always ensure we can offer the client the very best experience.</p>
<p>The job is 5 days a week -Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4.30pm.</p>
<p>We offer an above the area salary, regular complimentary hair services including cuts, treatments, colours and hair extension fitting, the ability to buy all retail and hair products at cost price, a Christmas performance bonus, commission on retail product sales, investment in your ongoing training, away day team events and social activities.</p>

<p><b>Position Overview:</b><b> </b>The <b>Marketing Associate</b> is a temporary role to support our busy Digital + Marketing Manager and the regional sales teams in delivering the monthly campaigns, events, and PR initiative. The role will regularly communicate with the Digital + Marketing Manager establishing the executional priorities and ensuring campaigns are delivered on-time and to a high standard in all aspects. The Marketing Associate will particularly focus on the visual merchandising and eventing aspects of the campaigns, supporting sales teams in the delivery of launches and campaigns, ensuring the execution is on-brand and to plan. The role will also support the relationships with Pure PR and other digital and marketing agencies and partners across the territory.</p>
<p><b>Position Requirements</b><b>: </b>This role will be based in the London corporate office and may be required to travel to our stores and wholesale partners in the UK. The role will involve:</p>
<p><b>Campaigns + New Product Launches</b></p>
<ul>
<li>
Follow the local marketing calendar to support the Digital + Marketing Manager in the execution of the plan for the local markets (stores, department stores + wholesale partners), ensuring the content is suitable, relevant and compelling, meeting local objectives.
</li>
<li>Fulfillment of local sampling + promotional mechanisms &ndash; ensuring teams have allocated resources and working with the operations team to ensure these are ordered on time and in-full.
</li>
<li>Supporting the Digital + Marketing Manager in executing the global marketing guidelines for the local markets and creating local launch decks. For each campaign, there is summary pack kicking off the process for the sales + export team, and the PR agencies, approximately 6-9 months in advance. Followed by a campaign pack 3-6 months in advance, and a VM deck 1-2 months in advance.
</li>
<li>Supporting the distributor network to follow the campaign plan + to provide these important partners with the marketing tools needed to ensure high standards of implementation.
</li>
<li>Liaison with the creative team + local artworker will be required throughout the process to ensure the graphics and assets are produced to the local dimensions and are sent to the printer.

<li>Supporting the sales teams with reporting to support and review any campaign, including KPIs set for each launch.</li>

Follow the PR calendar, supporting the PR team in facilitating the PR plan by providing materials, releases and samples.</li>

<li>Working with external partners for cross promotions and events, and organizing a programme of activities to support our UK marketing calendar.

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Diamond Heaven are looking for Luxury Sales Executives to work in our London showroom.</p>
<p>Over the last 13 years Diamond Heaven has grown from a small website based company to one of a leading fine diamond jewellery company with several locations in Hatton Garden London, Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, Manchester City Centre, Leeds City Centre, Glasgow, Cardiff, Liverpool, Belfast and soon to be open Newcastle.</p>
<p>We are now looking for a Sales Executive who can provide an excellent level of customer service within a busy retail environment and have very good customer experience orientated attitude.</p>
<p>With many of our clients choosing diamond jewellery, it will be your responsibility to ensure we guide them to their desired item providing all the advice they require along the way.</p>
<p>About the Role:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to all of our prospective clients during their time in our showroom.</li>
<li>Ensure that the store and all products are kept presentable at all times.</li>
<li>Manage and participate in client appointments both in store, over the phone and by video if required.</li>
<li>Great customer aftercare, helping to build a good client base.</li>
<li>Guide clients to their desired item in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Meet monthly sales and customer review targets.</li>
<li>You&rsquo;ll get to work with stunning pieces of Diamond Jewellery.</li>
<li>You will be trained and guided to understand various aspects of diamonds and jewellery.</li>
<li>The candidate must be well motivated, well presented and above all deliver top customer service.</li>
<li>Weekend working required.</li>
</ul>

<li>Good handle of written English as many sales are closed over email and WhatsApp after the initial consultation.</li>

</ul>
<p>Experience within the retail/jewellery sector is necessary.</p>
<p>Will provide a competitive salary along with incentives and commission for all our staff on top of your salary.</p>

<p>Pay: &pound;25,000.00-&pound;30,000.00 per year</p>
