Responsibilities:</b><br />
Ownership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis for workstream<br />
&ndash; Leading module workstream of full end-to-end D365 F&amp;O implementations through all phases of the project life cycle<br />
&ndash; Ownership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis for workstream<br />
&ndash; Ownership of the solution for a D365 module (SCM, Finance, Commerce, HR) , making design decisions and reviewing/creating solution documentation<br />
&ndash; Solves and advises on complex problems with creative solutions<br />
&ndash; Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues where applicable<br />
&ndash; Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project to client and more junior team members<br />
&ndash; Advise client and delivery team members of scope (creep) and use of change control processes<br />
&ndash; Demonstrate ability around upselling and understanding of additional company capabilities<br />
&ndash; Knowledge of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO in the supply chain area and demonstrate changes/additions to team members<br />
&ndash; Involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs and other pre-sales activities as required<br />
&ndash; Involvement in further development of capabilities in D365 F&amp;O product team<br />
&ndash; Contribute to practice development activities and involvement in the creation and delivery of these to fellow colleagues<br />
&ndash; Leads people and helps to grow them in their role<br />
&ndash; Promotes the Values of our company<br />
&ndash; Performance manage two or more junior members of product team<br />
&ndash; Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training<br />
&ndash; Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors<br />

Requirements:</b><br />
Qualifications and Skills<br />
&ndash; Proven experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365F&amp;O) or AX2012 with a minimum of 3 end to end implementations<br />
&ndash; Extensive experience in consulting and very good presentation skills<br />
&ndash; Ability to lead meetings and workshop, and confidently present to the C-Suite<br />
&ndash; Demonstrable, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance &amp; Operations (D365FO) implementation experience in D365 Modules such as:<br />
o SCM<br />
o Finance<br />
o Commerce<br />
o HR<br />
&ndash; Strong understanding of sub modules<br />
&ndash; Experience with (D365F&amp;O) interfacing and Integration<br />
&ndash; Beneficial to have practical experience of LCS and Azure DevOps<br />
&ndash; Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)<br />
&ndash; Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities<br />
&ndash; Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred<br />
&ndash; Experience responding to RFPs and RFQs is a must<br />
&ndash; Experience in mentoring more junior consultants is a must<br />
